Hot springs are on the first floor, while the relaxation room (available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM) can be found on the basement floor. So, whether you’re soaking in the onsen or enjoying a moment of tranquility in the relaxation room, you’re in for a rejuvenating experience at Yumoto Shirogane Onsen Hotel.

Getting here is convenient. If you’re traveling by car, you can reach us in approximately 2.5 to 3 hours from Sapporo. Just input our map code, phone number, or facility name into your GPS, and you’ll find your way easily.

For those using public transportation, you can take the JR Furano Line to “Biei Station” or the JR Hakodate Main Line to “Asahikawa Station,” and then transfer to the Hokkaido Chuo Bus “Biei Shirogane Line.” Get off at the “Shirogane Onsen” bus stop, and you’ll spot our hotel just a short 1-2 minute walk away after crossing the bridge.

Yumoto Shirogane Onsen Hotel is conveniently accessible by car. It takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to 3 hours to reach from Sapporo.

If you’re using a GPS navigation system, you can find it by searching using the map code, phone number, or facility name.

For those using public transportation, you can take the JR Furano Line to “Biei Station” or the JR Hakodate Main Line to “Asahikawa Station,” then transfer to the Hokkaido Chuo Bus “Biei Shirogane Line.” Get off at the “Shirogane Onsen” bus stop, and you’ll see a bridge right in front of you. Cross the bridge, and you’ll arrive at Yumoto Shirogane Onsen Hotel within a 1-2 minute walk.

However, please note that the bus service has very limited frequency, so if possible, we recommend arriving by car or taxi.
